All room rates are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% & Welsh Breakfast.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Car park is available at the rear of the hotel (first come first served system).
Lincoln House is a Victorian building with rooms on three floors:
Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor - the Lincoln Suite is on
the Third Floor with no lift facilities.
Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities.

CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, guests will be responsible for payment in full unless the room is re-let.
Cancellation for Group bookings
Group bookings one months notification.
Events in Cardiff
- Minimum of two night bookings is required during these events.
- FULL PAYMENT will be required to confirm any bookings.
- This payment is non-refundable.
Smoking:
For the comfort and safety of our guests smoking is not permitted in bedrooms or public areas.
